Carls Jr complaint: Crappy service and no help number to call

My complaint:

Not one customer was there but I was asked to go to the front and wait for my fries because they were not done yet. I got my drink and then went to the front . 7 minutes later they came out with my order. Still no customers. When I got home no shake in the bag. I tried to call and let them know so I could come get my shake tomorrow but they do not answer there phone just like the complaint department. This happens often when we go to Carls. That particular Carls is run very poorly. Carls is very slow and never gets the order right. I was not going back today but would like my shake tomorrow. i think it is really bad practice to not have any place of business where you customers can not contact the manager to get help with poor service and orders. Poor business practices. Waiting for you response and to have this issue taken care of! Not a happy customer.

Suggested solution:

I think you owe me a gift card since I lost money and times again with this situation. I was not willing to drive al the way back today and was not able to reach the store to help me. That Carls also needs to be checked on. Very poor management!
