My complaint:
When I wnt to the gas bar at 10 : 40 pm I surprised that the gas station been closed
From my under stand the closing time is 11 pm
It is happened many times before
It was so disappointing
Do you have any clarification?
Suggested solution:
Please do what you can to control the employee to make sure thy are closing on time 11 pm
