My complaint:
They have stopped mail service due to construction yet every other delivery service will still deliver. They require me to transit 45 minutes to a depot to get my mail for an undisclosed amount of time.
Suggested solution:
Resume service or at the minimal leave my mail where I would pick up bigger parcels (local Canada post outlet).
