My complaint:
2 weeks past the 30 days in store policy for a warranty covered issue that they were able to diagnose in store they tell me to deal with the manufacturer directly. Most stores have a relationship with the manufacturer and handle all issues within the first year to make life easier for the consumer who isn’t as equipped as they are. After taking almost 2000$ of my money, they are basically telling me to shove it. I was offered that they could handle the shipping aspect when I complained. I even asked if there was a certified MSI technician who could bring the part in under warranty and do the job without having to ship the laptop away for weeks for a minor noisy fan and he didn’t know anything and frankly seemed uninterested. Very disappointed in after sale service

Handle manufacturer warranty issues in-store within the first year.
