My complaint:
I took my sons pc in to be fixed for a issue of not starting up they put in a new cpu fan and said it was working charged my son 136.00 he spent his own allowance to fix the computer he’s only 14. We brought it home and the same issue is still there nothing was fixed at all with it. They had it for a week and basically lied to us stating it was fixed abd working
Suggested solution:
Refund the money and either fix the issue for free or refer to a place where someone will be able to fix it properly
