My complaint:
I was told that you need to spend over $10 to get cash back of only up to $50 at the crown supermarket in Danbury Connecticut. I often get cash back when I’m shopping in Oder to avoid atm fees but this exhorbiant fee is borderline stealing. It also applies no matter how much cash back you need. So when sometimes I need to take out $3 to pay for my bus ride home I was told today by the manager that I need to spend $10 in order to get any cash back! Is it me or is this ridiculous??!!
Suggested solution:
Change the policy to no minimum fee like every other store that offers the service
