My complaint:
Hi I’m writing to you because I saw shake and bake on sale on the shelf. For the price of 2 boxes for $4. Yes it probably was a mistake on the part of the employees that stock but when there is a sale price mistake it’s usually honored. In this case it was not honored. I’m not happy with the outcome. All I got from the manager was maybe someone move the price. No the price was put there by a employee because there was a person stocking shelves there.
Suggested solution:
Get the damn prices correct. I want the shake and bake for that price also
