Buzz Bingo complaint: Speed of bingo caller, and the way the manager Gemma spoke to us.

My complaint:

I have been coming toGala?Buzz bingo for over 10 years now with friends for a night out, and a bit of fun.
Tonight was not fun, it was stressful and unenjoyable!
The caller was going so fast we didn’t even have time to turn our pages over, fine if you were playing the boards! we shouted out in the second half and she did slow down a bit. At the end of the session we heard her run over to the manager saying ‘did you here that lot shouting out in the middle of the game!’
The manager did then come over for a ‘chat’ She didn’t smile once, she was rude and patronising, whilst the caller stood at her side with her arms folded, glaring at us!
I must admit I was cross and did swear (I said shit) which I immediately apologized for, twice. The manager said she would not speak to me, and asked me to leave. I understand that, and regret saying it, but she was not very nice , and I felt she did not deal with our complaint very well. So, I do apologize for that.
I, and my friends are all really upset about the way this evening turned out, I really enjoyed our bingo night, but obviously I won’t be returning.

Suggested solution:

Maybe Gemma needs a course in customer services!
