My complaint:
I got given a £119 voucher for Scrumptious Stay 1 night with dinner, when you try to book they are all either not available or you have to pay out lots more extra money to stay. On the site when you a looking before you buy a voucher there are nice hotels when you put your vouxher number and try and book one of these hotels they are not there !!! It is a right rip off and I wish my son had never wasted his money. I thought I would ring customer services but it costs you £6 to ring and there is no email address to contact them
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund or let me book one of the hotels that they advertise
