Both Meals were purchased in drive-thru Sunday night before recent Texas Freeze: 01/14/24

Upon arrival to downtown ♥ SA
destination aprox 30mins later,
my wife noticed how terrible the Cole Slaw tasted and how very very small the baked chicken thighs were. Additionally both the large and small Lemonades
Tasted of A Extremely Sweet Powdery Substance. The Fried Chicken and Baked Chicken Tasted Very Good However.
That [Chicken] being the main meal no late phone call was made to complain about
the terrible Cole Slaw or very small Baked Chicken portions.
The very next day however a complaint was filed with the manager of another store location on 3219 SW Military Dr
to inquire with that store manager about providing a professional courtesy to replace only the Bad Cole Slaw and Bad Lemonade 👎 😬 Night Store Manager Martin Wasted No Time
In Denying Requests However And Instructed Me To Return To Original Store Located Aprox 20 miles away in Leon Valley 😢
I then called the Leon Valley
Night Manager who told me she would call the SW Military Dr
Manager to ask for the courtesy
replacements. To no avail however the SW Military Dr. manager stood his ground firmly.
I then called the Leon Valley manager about [what next]
She informed me that I would have to drive the 20 miles to get the exchange for bad food and Lemonade. I then told her that if I did drive the 20 miles that I would
have no choice but to get entire meal replaced [for the inconvenience] or ask for complete refund. 🤔 Upon asking both managers for higher level complaint phone numbers at main headquarters: SW Military Dr Manager Martin informed me that no main complaint headquarters hot line existed and each store was independently owned and operated .😳.
