My complaint:
I bought $66.42 worth of Chicken (15 piece family order and gizzards) and was disappointed again for the 3rd time. The chicken tasted dry and day old checken. Also, when we got home to eat, the order was missing the side orders and the chicken was super dry. This is the 3rd time that this has happend where we have to make an additional 20 minute drive one way because the order was not correct.
We ordered the chicken because we had family that came from out of town. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT. I HOPE YOU CAN REMEDY MY ISSUE. MY NAME IS GLORIA E CEPEDA. I want to be a loyal customer but with the service and food issues I am having I really doubt it.
Suggested solution:
I want them to issue me a certificate for a free 15 piece family order to see how they do this upcomming time.
Hopefully you will discuss my concerns with the managers and change their service pattern. They need to double check the orders and make sure the chicken is always fresh.
