My complaint:
Chicken was dry and looked like it was leftover from another day. It m near room tempature. My wife and I had the 3 pice dinner. They did not have any chicken breast and we had to sub for another piece .
As regular customers we left most of this tasteless chicken on the table. This was at 4:30p. People in line around 4:50pm were disgusted because there was NO chicken in the serving baskets above the fries. No one was getting thighs? Very disappointed. We have always has good service and tasty chicken…nit today.
The Mgr was a females. She had on a different colored shirt.
Suggested solution:
Need to bring this to the managers attention. I would ask what seemed to be the problem and why did the run out of thighs. Why was customers served cold dry chicken?
