My complaint:
My washing machine was installed in February 2019. In Sunday 8th March 2020 the machine had been put in an output start program. I came down as it was about to go into the spin cycle, I left the kitchen for a few moments as I cane back the kitchen was full of the smell of rubber burning the kitchen filled with smoke, in order to avoid a potential fire the machine was switched off due to necessity a replacement has been sought. I am not happy that this has occurred after only 13 months don’t want to think what would have happened if I hadn’t been in the area of the kitchen
Suggested solution:
I expect some consideration for a partial refund of this product
