My complaint:
No long telescpic extension to put on end of handle to do scerting boards or high ceiling. I like the hoover BUT not to have the extension . Not good enough.
Suggested solution:
Be very kind of BUSH to send me the telescopic extension free of charge. Plus to add them to the nice hoover
