My complaint:
I have a bush freezer and it broke within 6 months of me owning it, an engineer came out and told me it was the thermostat when i knew it was the compressor but he insisted it wasn’t so he ordered the a new thermostat and the engineer that came to fixed it said well thats done nothing to it and that it was in fact the compressor like i had told bush support i lost £200 worth of food due to this freezer breaking i am very upset
Suggested solution:
they should send someone out that actually tests everything and if they believe its one part have said part on hand to test it
