My complaint:
I bought a washing machine in October last year. I live alone and do a few loads a week so it’s never overloaded. I came back from the shop to find the door completely shattered and water everywhere. I’m on benefits at the moment due to the crisis, and obviously there are no launderettes or anything open so I can no longer do any washing.
Suggested solution:
I'd like either a replacement machine or door as this was in no way my fault.
