My complaint:
Oven element has blown after 18 months of having a brand new electric cooker made by Bush. Repeatedly told there’s no way to help and it’s just ‘bad luck’ the item hasn’t lasted longer than a year and a half!! Appalling service appalling item and appalling customer service. An electric oven should last longer than 18 months and I’m absolutely disgusted with how I’m being treated with a ‘shrug of the shoulders’ response and the blame being left on me for a defective product clearly not fit for purpose if it can only last at best 18 months. Originally purchased from Argos who have referred me constantly to Bush who refer me back to Argos. I’m getting nowhere and I’m in no means in a position to pay over £100 to have it fixed.
Suggested solution:
I would like a new element sent out to me. The lifespan of this product is appalling and I can't believe a company as established as Bush would be complacent in allowing this to be the case. Won't be recommending them in the future with this kind of service
