My complaint:
Bought a bush cooker March 2020. Has no endless issues with it being fault and having to have parts such as the elements replaced every three months! Had 6 repairs on it and now had to buy a new oven due to it breaking again for no reason! Tried to speak to bush but we’re not interested. Customer care was terrible. Clearly sold us a faulty product but not bothered when we explained what was happening.
Suggested solution:
Refund.
