My complaint:
Went to Burger King on Saturday April 2nd and only one person was in there eating …The lobby was filthy, no clean tables…Placed our order and both sandwiches were wrong went to counter and girl was on her phone talking to a friend and the other one was sitting down talking with her friend…Had to asked can someone help me…the one behind the counter said she’d be back had to use the restroom and the other one finally got up and came to help us…Then the cook started yelling and said the order was sent to her wrong…Then the 3 got in a yelling match…Won’t be back!
Suggested solution:
They need better management...No one should Ever be on their phones or sitting down visiting while working...If they aren't busy the trash needs emptied and tables cleaned...And never start yelling at each other in front of customers 🙄
