My complaint:
I went to the Burger King on Smithfield Ave, Providence for a meeting. Not wanting to eat during a meeting, I figured I would get a soda first and order a meal after my meeting. I was at the counter for a good 5 minutes plus waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. Mind you there was a manager no more than 2 feet from me that could have made eye contact and say something like someone will be right with you….but NOTHING! EVERY table in the restaurant was dirty, I had to wipe down my own table to sit. After my meeting, I proceeded to order food. I was not given a receipt, but I can tell you I was there just around 3:00pm on Friday, December 10, 2021. I ordered: 1 Bacon Double Cheeseburger with extra cheese and only mayonnaise and lettuce, 1 Double Cheeseburger extra cheese, and a value fry. My bag contained only 2 burgers, so I had to say something to the worker about the fries being missing. Sat down and opened the first sandwich…. the bacon double…. only 1 piece of cheese so I go to the counter to complain, they add the cheese and I sit back down. I take 1 bite into my burger and realize there is also NO bacon!…go back up to the counter and the kid in the back is arguing with the cashier saying he put bacon on it. While he is making a new sandwich, I go to my table to check my other burger…also only 1 piece of cheese. So, I bring that one up to the counter and had it the cashier so it can be corrected. The kid in the argued again that he put 2 pieces of cheese on them. The cashier holding my burger opened it and flipped the burger to prove there was in fact only 1 piece of cheese. I have NEVER had to deal with such a horrible experience my whole life with a simple fast food mea!!
Suggested solution:
??? Find competent workers!!! Including a manager that has some sort of customer service skills!
