My complaint:
They always saying that there credit card machine is down and they only taking cash. When we get to the drive thru you can not see what you are ordering. The dive thru needs a completely overhauled period. People are not friendly at all will not be returning at that store.
Suggested solution:
fix the whole store period the credit card machine the drive thru display and the speaker and work with your employees to be kind to customers.
