I visited inside the restaurant today, 12082021.
Took out my App, waited for a cashier to come over, There was one employee at the window and NO customers in the restaurant. Finally, the cashier came over, I showed her that I was ordering the $2.00 Whopper on my app, in the restaurant, and held out my iPhone for the code. She said she did not know how to work the app. I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager, named Blanca or Bianca.
She finally rang up the whopper, order 37 Take out. Transaction ID 89352-37001-38805-110105. I paid $2.17 and started to wait for my order.
Then, Since I had over 250 rewards, I decided to get the Chicken Jr and again showed her my iPhone. No way could she help. I again asked for a manager, and she went to the employee at the window whose name is Jose.
He was just as uncooperative and unprofessional and said that I made a mistake with the coupon (is that what you call the rewards?). And could not get the Chicken Jr. He told me to call Customer Service.
I asked him for the number. He told me to look it up on the App.
I asked for the restaurant number. He told me he did not know, and to look online.
I am 73 years old. I have eaten Burger King sandwiches in many locations for DECADES and never had a problem.
Burger King should read my above complaints and notify me of a resolution.
With an apology and refund.
