My complaint:
I ordered Sourdough King twice in past 2 weeks, I asked to make sure bun was toasted, it was not either time, happened at a new location on S Hamilton Rd twice, it was advertised as being toasted. I have been a loyal customer for years, this is unacceptable, please look into this.
