My complaint:
Hello,
I visited your Burger King-Macclesfield on the 28th of April 2021. I ordered two Steakhouseangus Burgers WITHOUT the Bacon along with other meal.
As I approached the Drive-Thru counter to make a contactless payment, I was assured by the counter person that both Steak Angus burgers will have no Bacon. It is also very clearly mentioned on the receipt that ”No Bacon”.
I was for work at Macclesfield and I live in Manchester. So when I arrived home after the long drive and I took one bite it tasted funny as I never in my life tasted Bacon. I opened the burger buns apart and found out both burgers has full of Bacon. I am so disgusted that I almost threw up. As of now I cannot eat my dinner and every time I think of it I feel like throwing up. I am so sad.
I called the branch to explain and I was told to send an email which will be forwarded to the local branch manager and the manager will decide if I can get a refund. I was shocked to hear such a solution.
I have been eating at Burger King for many years now and have never encountered such poor service. I was surprised and definitely expected better. I am writing to you this letter to inform you of such lack of service and quality. I have lost all my trust in Burger King Franchise and would appreciate a full refund for my unsatisfactory and against my religious food. I have also attached my receipt and some photos. It will be a while before I will attempt to eat at Burger King again. I hope you will be able to resolve these lack-of-service issues, so others will not have to go through the frustration and disappointment I had to endure. I am very sorry that I have to report such an incident as I always had very high expectation and regards for Burger King.

As of today 10th September I am still waiting for my refund. What a SHAME!!!!!
