My complaint:

On October 6th 2023 around 6:25am there was two employees one was making food the other was cleaning. I came to the counter and waited at least ten minutes I’ve asked the other customer that was in front of me have they ordered they replied and said yes. I then continued to wait for the other worker Jack that was cleaning to come take my order. He was aware of my present look at me and continued to clean. I then replied and asked are you open. He said yes I then replied can you please take my order. He then replied when he gets ready to. Keep in mind all of this is being recorded on the casino surveillance cameras. I asked to speak with a manager he replied there isn’t one. I then asked the other worker for the corporate phone number and their name they refuse to provide the information. At that time the casino operations manager and security came over and made a report of the situation. Around 8:20am I received a call from the operation manager after reviewing the surveillance footage they agreed the worker I believe his name is Jack seen ignoring customers. Also while standing next the operation manager and security he said he can refuse service.

Suggested solution:

The employee could have just said I will be with you in a moment and acknowledge the customer at the counter and not refused service because of their task of cleaning.
