My complaint:
I signed up for the Royal Perks program and you have some good deals for .37 cents right now. The only way you can get the del is with an app on your phone. I have an older phone and I can not sign up for the app.
Suggested solution:
Have another way so all customers can use the discounts. This way right now is not fair to everyone.
