My complaint:
I requested a fresh Ch King sandwich and was made aware that they would take approximately 4 minutes which I was aware of. The sandwich was brought out in roughly 2.5 minutes and was hot. As I bit into the sandwich I knew immediately that the sandwich was not fresh. I was very disappointed and was unable to go back because I was headed to work.
Suggested solution:
At a minimum replace my sandwich combo
