Burger King complaint: Order missing items, 30 minute wait, and store was not answering the phone

My complaint:

According to my receipt I placed my order at 7:18 pm, on 10262021. I was the last car in line with approximately four cars in front of me. Approximately 15 minutes later there were about 10 cars behind me. When I made it to the window, drinks were handed out to me and I continued waiting for 15 minutes. At some point I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund. The cashier quickly handed me two bags and I drove home. When I arrived home I was missing a burger and the one burger was cold, I tried calling the the store twice but there was no answer. I always stopped Burger King when I am getting off from work late to feed my family. However, next time I will think twice before choosing BK. Please be advised the staff tonight appeared to be preoccupied or confused.

Not sure at this point but whatever, your company deems as fair and justified.
