My complaint:
Second Sunday morning in a row this has happened.
They are advertised to open at 7 am. I placed an order in drive thu at 7:45 both times only to be informed that they could open for “a while” because she was the only one to show up and no one would answer the phone?? Last time I go there.
Suggested solution:
Hire some reliable help! You can’t find anyone that wants to work these days!
