My complaint:

I purchased a crispy classic meal and a fish sandwich.I was charged for a crispy beacon sandwich with an additional 2.40 cents to my bill total $19.55. I took my bill to the Manager said she would reverse it and charge me the correct amount.She in turn charged me again for a second order.I asked to get a receipt and was told i cannot get another because the register cannot print another receipt.This time I was charged $12.93. and did not get a receipt for the second charge but It shows on my credit card account.Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.Thank you for your consideration

I would like Burger King to reverse the additional charge or send me a coupon for the additional charge
