My complaint:

Saturday May, 21, 2022 My fiance and myself went to Burger King drive up (lane 1..closest to building). We arrived a very short time after 11:46 a.m. In front of us was a P.T. Cruiser. After about 13 minutes of sitting with no movememnt I got out of the truck to see if see if the man in the P.T. Cruiser in front of us was alright. He said I keep yelling hello into the speaker but noone will answer me. I said I will go back to my vehicle and call them. I called them at 12:13. Noone answered. I called again at 12:15. Finally someone answered. She was talking to the drive up person and finally they said can I help you. I mydelf ordered a Sourdough Chicken Club. She said hang on a second. She came back and said I can’t find it. I said I’m sorry but that’s what I want. She then said nothing and turned off her speaker I’m assuming because we said hello hello and finally she came back and said that is an app order only sandwich. I said what does that mean? I can’t order it here. she said no I couldn’t order it. Again what does that mean? Anyway, she said said wait a second again and I said no Ive done nothng but wait on you. We both ordered Whopper Melts. His combo mine just sandwich. She didn’t give us a total. We got to the first window it was empty but when we arrived at the second window there was two females there. One that gave us our order was in an orange shirt (no name tag) the female next to her I don’t remember her color shirt (but I think it was orange too but she had no name tag either). The girl in the orange said $15.81. I gave her a $20 and got my change. But, whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? SERIUOSLY? $15.81 is all she said. Do you realize we were approx. 10 minutes away from being in your drive through for almost an HOUR! That went way beyond rediculous. And then she says $15.81. I told my fiance that she hadn’t give us a total because she is going to aplologize for the upteen cars that got waited on in the 2nd drive through while we sat there because a car was in front of us that couldn’t get out and there were cars behind us all the way to 6th street leaving us unable to back out. I hope the man in the PT called or wrote you as well. But, he was the smart one he finally got out and away to get better service at another place to eat. My fiance had said do you want to go in someplace to eat and I had said no because I wanted to get home. I should have went to the dine in restuarant that he had suggested. I honestly feel that we should have gotten at least 75% off of that meal because was close to an hour that was 100% Burger King’s fault and we were trapped. The receipt says order 211221 Employee 652726 Amanda. Very hateful eye rolling she gave us at the window! It was unbeliebeable. P.S. Suggested solution:

First for the employee to be reprinanded! Second if this ever happens again she be dismissed because an almost hour is beyond a oops. Third that our next meal is on Burger King (heck maybe 2 meals each since I had to come home and spend another 30 minutes sending you this). Third that the training should be given so that she should have noticed she hadn't waited on one single car in the first lane for that length of time (when a man was out there yelling hello hello). So she never checked. If she's that incompetent then perhaps you should get camers and actually I assumed you had them (which makes it even worse). May I add the woman who finally answered the phone did get on her to wait on us. So kudos to her.
