My complaint:
I found a fly in one of the burgers i bought for my kids, I made a complain and the customer service , said that won’t be food poison, the customer service dealing with the complaint was not nice and unprofessional
Suggested solution:
I am not keen on the burgers , but it is sad how badly he spoke to me, after explaining the situation, money is not everything, that is a restaurant my family and I have been going to for years, and I knew most of the staff, but this particular sales person was really unprofessional, and because of the love I had for the company, I didnt upload the drama on internet
