My complaint:
Because someone was in the cooler working the delivery driver put his delivery outside of the cooler and just left it there. He could have said something and the worker in the cooler could have made a space for him to put his product but instead he took the lazy way out and just left it all on the sales floor
Suggested solution:
I believe he should be reprimanded and made an example of
