My complaint:
On 842021at approximately 4:51:05 PM, I Ricky Davis from 875 Meadow run 2 LN SE Apt79 Dawson Ga,39842 entered Zelmos in Shellman 39886.
I then purchase one 12 pack of 16oz Bud Light Budweiser beer which cost $12:30 cent. I then exit the store with my girl Friend, Felicia Sullivan, then drove to my house in Dawson Ga. Felician and I then began to drink beer why sitting on my back porch. After drinking about four beers, the beer began to get hot. I then walked inside and began putting the beer in my freezer. When I reached for the last two beers it looked like hundreds of small roachesbugs started flying toward me, and running all over the house. Do to the fact I suffer from Entomophobia I passed out reinjuring my back and shoulder from the fall. My girl friend entered to assist me, then called for the Paramedics. I am already disable an will be asking for compensation for this situation.
Suggested solution:

I will save the receipt from the store and will keep the beer 12 pack box that contain dead roaches. I also have photos of the roaches in the container
