My complaint:
Rebate for Tampa Bay Lightnings 12 Pack. I did everything required and a couple days later I was asked to resubmit everything again. I did this and heard nothing for several days. When I tried to contact the website (rebateinquiry@prago.com) my carrier keeps telling me there is no such website. You folks need to check this out. In the future you may want to make sure you farm this out to a reputable entity. LG
Suggested solution:
Pay me for a 12 pack of beer like you advertised. Maybe 2 for the aggravation.
