My complaint:
I purchased a case of Budweiser beer at Kroger in Steubenville Ohio. The ad on the beer claimed I would receive a $15 rebate. I was expecting a check for $15 instead I received online a certificate to purchase online items. I do not shop online and have no use for this So-called credit
Suggested solution:
Send me a check for $15 or a credit card that I can use in a grocery store or where I choose. In the amount of $15 this is what I was led to believe I would never have applied for this. Had I known what I was going to receive.
