My complaint:
I bought the Bud Light 20 pack of cans. I asked the clerk how I was to obtain the ear phones. He said they were located in the case. When I opened the case, all it contained was the beer. I asked the store manager the next morning what the problem was. He stated that Budweiser was having problems obtaining the earphones and that he had no idea when they would be in stock. Why start the promotion if you have no product to give away as listed on the promotional paraphernalia?
Suggested solution:
Take the persons phone number or email and notify them when they have the promotional product to fulfill the promotion.
