My complaint:
Lastnight on the 12th December 2020 I bought a bottle of budweiser from the local shop (nisa) upon getting a quarter of the way through something fell into my mouth when taking a drink of my drink. I did swallow some but managed to get a peice and get a photo of it aswell and the bottle in question. It was pink which I know isn’t the colour of budweiser bottles but I am positive it came from the bottle as I don’t own anything which has pink glass.
Suggested solution:
I don't know how budweiser can resolve this issue but I'm sure we can all agree finding glass from a bottle that's intact isn't a good thing and needs to be addressed. I understand mistakes can happen in this industry but explore you to take a closer inspection when making the products also proof can be sent of the glass and bottle but would need to be requested in email as I cannot upload on here
