My complaint:
had to pry the tips off best u could. i’m a single woman. never owned a bottle opener. and ruined a few by breaking the rim!!!
Suggested solution:
at least a reembursment. and something for the horrible experience. work all day have friends over and two of the five dozen were the same.... oh and no winners!! very disappointed about that!!
