Dear CEO and Marketing Team:
Although this letter may come as a surprise and perhaps an annoyance, I hope you will view it as a non-confrontational form of communication between us. On behalf of my family and myself, I would just like to express our disapproval of the most recent marketing disasterpiece – Bud Light partnering with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney for March Madness! GO WOKE and GO BROKE!
I’m not a homophobe and I believe we should all get along with one another, however, we must pause in admiration at THIS great triumph of manipulation! Should we now consider Budlight the new Tranny Fluid? Seriously!
NEWS FLASH: limp-wrist trans folks aren’t buying large quantities of Budweiser products!
I have been a huge fan of Budweiser (Budlight) since I was 14 years old, yes, I started drinking at a young age and everyone makes mistakes! I’m 60 years young now and never had a problem with drinking….so…for 46 long years I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on Bud Light for various special occasions ranging from weddings, sporting events, casual parties, cookouts, beach get togethers, camping and, a host of other events. Effective this the 4th day of April 2023, ALL BUDWEISER PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN DISCARDED FROM OUR HOMES and NO WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY BUDWEISER PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE! You have no idea how this marketing tactic will backfire against your company. I thought I would never say this about my number one beercompany, “I hope this company folds up like a bad lawn chair at a sporting event!” This marketing disasterpiece will prevent my work colleagues, friends, and family from ever purchasing your products again in this lifetime.
We will sit back with our Coors and Miller Light, popcorn in hand, and watch this marketing debacle unfold before our very eyes!
