My complaint:
To whom it may concern,
Recently purchased a 30 pack of 355ml cans. Up until this point have had no complaints with this product. Took a sip of the can and had something in my mouth, took it out and noticed it was glass. I was sitting with my daughter, wife and son in the back yard. I have pictures of the bar code from can and box. Also of piece of glass that was in it.
Suggested solution:
I really have no idea how to resolve this, it’s not a fact of me wanting more beer or compensation, it’s the matter of the hazourds involved with the situation. I have several other cases of beer, this was just unfortunately the case that had an issue. How would you like to resolve this?
