My complaint:
I recently purchased a 24 pack Bud Light seltzer from a local BJ’s store in Yorktown New York. I would just like to let you know that this entire case of seltzer was entirely flat. I have no idea what might have caused this. Me and my family attempted to drink this within one week of the purchase and it was not left in any environment that would cause it to go bad. I brought it back to the BJ’s store and they told me it was not their issue and to reach out to you. I don’t know if it’s possible if you can replace his case of seltzer for me. I am on a fixed income and every dollar counts. Thank you for entertaining my request.
