My complaint:
I purchase 24 pack every other day for my husband and I and 3 different times a couple of the beers have been soft there was zero carbonation. I tell the business and they tell me to take it to you.
Suggested solution:
Replace 3 24 packs by sending coupon I guess. I don't know. I am not sure what is happening in the packaging process but it is quite annoying and doesn't sit well with me since I buy so much of it.
