I been an avid consumer of Heineken for 10 years. But today when I bought the cans from Luckys Liquor in Nanaimo which is my everyday store, i found the containers didnt have much fizz to it. I wasnt very happy with it. I love your beer and would like to continue with it but just wanted to let you know about it. I am a disabled person so Its quite a hassle going back to the store to get a new pack of it. It was late night and i cudnt even go back. The beer had no fizz in it whatsoever like OMG.
Reimburse me and give me the credit back.
