My complaint:
On 04112021. I entered my local HEB on 1616N Alabama st in Wharton Tx to purchase a 12 pack of Bud light. After my purchase. I proceeded to my distinction and when I arrived. I started to open the box to put them on ice. When I quickly noticed that 3 bottles were completely empty. The bottles were not broken and the twist off cap was fully in tact. They just were not filled at all. Where ever they were bottled.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for my purchase and what you feel is suitable to make up for my time, trouble and disappointment. I had been a loyal customer for 25 years and would like to continue to do so. I have never complained about anything online before. This is my first because I was really bothered and disappointed by it.
