Budweiser complaint: Driver wreckless

My complaint:

Driver almost hit two bicyclists and our vehicle driving on wrong side of the road on 07-30-21 at approx 9am on RT 80 , they did not slow down and was going uphill

Suggested solution:

Retrain the driver
