My complaint:
I have purchased cases of beer from both of these locations and on separate occasions there have been bottles broke in the case. The glass is stuck on the rest of the bottles so you have to wash each individual bottle before putting them in the refrigerator and have to make sure my guest don’t get cut before I offer them a beer. I am not a complainer and in fact this is the first time I have ever filed a complaint with any company but this seems to be happening a lot lately and since it has happened at more than one location I am assuming it’s coming from the delivery end and not the store.
Suggested solution:
Not really sure but replacing about 3 cases of beer might help.
