My complaint:
I opened a brand new box of Budweiser at my home in Woodthorpe, Nottingham, UK. As I put my hand in the box and pulled out a bottle, something caught my hand and cut it quite deeply. At first I thought it was a cardboard cut from the box, but when I looked further, there was a broken bottle in there! It was in a brand new box, but had not had any liquid in as there was no dampness on the box or no staining.
I have photos of the broken glass bottle and the deep cut on my hand that it has caused.
It could have been so much worse. I am quite shaken up by it.
Suggested solution:
I would like an apology and an explanation please.
