My complaint:
The last three cases of beer I have purchased have had a broken bottle in it. It must of happened a while back as the cases themselves were not wet. Have cut my finger twice as you have to wash all bottles to get fragments off.
Suggested solution:
A case of beer would be nice with no broken bottles
