My complaint:
I bought a case of 12 Budweiser bottles and when I got home and got them out the car the box split at the bottom which made the bottles smash I had 2 bottles what didn’t smash. I had to clean the front yard up straight away ( which caused me to cut my hand as I was in a rush and caught a piece of glass on my hand) so the children could play out. I don’t have time to go back to the shop as I’ve got children to look after and the shop won’t do anything about it anyways.
Suggested solution:
I’m not too sure...I would like a replacement or some sort of voucher.
